The AUTO-VISION three dimensional measuring system is easy to use. The system is permanently attached to the frame rack which means no wasted time assembling or disassembling the system, not to mention trying to find a place to store a measuring system and all of its components. All of the components needed to measure a vehicle, from the underbody to the upperbody to wheel alignment, can be found on the system. No searching for attachments! Simply pull the car on the frame rack, place it in the clamps, and begin to diagnose and repair.  The underside of the vehicle is fully exposed. Continue to measure while you work, without having to work around the measuring system.

Moving from one area of the vehicle to another is simple and straightforward. No need to add pieces and parts to construct extensions to measure different areas of the vehice. Measure underbody, underhood, upperbody and perform a complete four wheel alignment with speed and accuracy. In fact, the fifteen foot extruded aircraft aluminum rails, while being sturdy enough to support the weight of seven adult males, hold extremely tight tolerances over the length of the rail. Sealed bearings ride on a track inside of the rail to protect them from damage and withstand the harsh environment of the body shop. Telescoping arms reach all locations. Nearly any bolt, hole, or seam can be measured by using either data charts or a comparison of points from side to side.

Isolate the area where damage exists, place the width arm in the proper measuring location and begin pulling the vehicle while using AUTO-VISION to monitor the pull. Get precise repairs the first time, with no over pulling. It is that easy. Then, when one area is repaired, move to another section in seconds. Repair times are reduced drastically. Furthermore, once the damage has been repaired, perform a complete wheel alignment on the vehicle to ensure the repairs were made correctly.
